What are your hobbies?

Camping, traveling the original Route 66 a little at a time, training to run a marathon.

1. I’ve never purchased anything online.
2. I’ve only been in 2 fights…age 7 and 21. I’m 1-and-1.
3. I used to weigh 280 pounds.

What is the last book you read?

“Tinkers” by Paul Harding

What would we find in your refrigerator right now?

Blueberry flavored Greek yogurt, 2 bottles of Saranac Pale Ale, lots of cheese, salad ingredients, real butter, Hellman’s mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!) and this week’s batch of homemade sauce.

What do you hate? What do you love?

1. Hate: cell phones ringing at inappropriate times.
2. Love: lakeside campfires

What is your favorite breakfast food?

Blueberry pancakes with Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup.

Is Elvis really dead?

Elvis is dead. If you were going to fake your death and make up a story, would you let the world think you died sitting on the toilet? The King was smarter than that.

Favorite things about CNY?

Summer and Fall. Proximity to Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, 1000 Islands. It’s a great place to live. Shhh!

Worst job you ever had?

In college I worked for an industrial cleaning company and one job involved sand blasting the metal bridge that connected the edge of a giant 6 million gallon sewage treatment tank to the mechanical housing in the middle, and the tank was full. My job was to steady the rowboat.

Favorite concert you’ve seen?

“Rush,” last summer at the state fair

What’s the best part of your job?

It doesn’t really seem like work.
